At Zelros, you’ll be a member of Customer Success team, that holds 4 key missions:

  • Solution delivery: from framing the use case to the configuration of the solution for each of Zelros customers
  • Solution Adoption: Guide the users’ community at our clients to maximize business impact and drive adoption
  • Growth and Retention: Strategically securing client retention and proactively identifying upselling opportunities to foster sustainable business growth.
  • Partnership relationship: make sure that Zelros partners have all they need in order to make the most of our solutions for their clients

With us, you’ll learn:

  • to master and configure the Zelros Platform
  • to frame and steer the deployment of our platform (6 to 12 weeks initiative)
  • to guide our customers in their AI journey
  • to manage successful and long term relationships with our customers and partners to become their trusted advisor

At Zelros, you will

  • collect and frame clients’ needs
  • guide and train the clients into the deployment of our platform
  • act as a project manager on our different projects
  • identify new sales opportunities
  • coordinate internally with the marketing, sales & pre sales, product and engineering teams

This job is for you if :

  • you have a first experience in a IT consulting firm or in a customer success corporate position
  • you have a strong IT background
  • you want to develop strong customer relationships skills
  • you enjoy technical tasks as well as business analysis
  • you speak fluent english and french and have strong communication capabilities in those two languages
  • you want to grow in project management

It’s even better if:

  • you have experience in the insurance or in the financial services industry
  • you enjoy data management activities and want to go deep in the machine learning domain
  • you worked in the software industry

LOCATION & MOBILITY

  • The role is based in Paris (France).
  • We operate under a flexible work framework (home or office), with no min / maximum days of required presence on site. 
  • This position can also be fully remote from anywhere in France, provided that you can come to Paris approximately once a month when required.

Functionally, our clients use our platform to strengthen their sales  management.

Technically, our platform is based on dockerized microservices, with:

  • Nest.js (Node/Typescript) for backend
  • Angular for frontend
  • Azure/Kubernetes/ArgoCD for infrastructure

Methodologically, we use an adaptation of kanban with 3 product releases per year. Team members are organized in small squads dedicated to specific product evolutions. Daily meetings serve as synchronization within a squad. The full tech team syncs at least once a week to share progresses, obstacles, news, etc. And each developer gets the opportunity to demo the new evolutions to the Product team on Fridays. Features are delivered in realtime on test environments and we deploy in PROD thrice a year.

At Zelros, we place great importance on creating a product that suits our customers while minimizing technical debt. This goes through :

  • technical discussions,
  • code-reviews for each feature and peer-programming,
  • workshops and hands-on on all subjects,
  • emphasis on performances, clean code and test coverage

You’ll be a member of the Engineering team, who interacts with Product Owners, Datascientists and Architects.

Your main mission is to conceive technical solutions of our product.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

  • design, develop, deliver and document secure and stable technical part for all Zelros’ features, with the team
  • assure consistency between all features (in term of code, architecture and deployment)

At Zelros, you will learn how to

  • master large and complex Node.js applications,
  • master advanced Angular techniques,
  • increase your development best practices (TDD, coding rules, retrospectives, features team work)
  • conceive modular and scalable and software architectures

PROFILE

This job is for you if :

  • you have a first experience as a software engineer, preferably in a SaaS software company
  • you are fluent in English, Node/Typescript/Javascript and Angular
  • you have excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary team
  • you are excellent in multitasking

It’s even better if :

  • you have a start up experience
  • you have a star-studded Github
  • you love great UX
