At Zelros, you will be part of the Clients team, in charge of promoting our platform (prospection, customer acquisition, qualification, requests for proposals, pitches, presentations, deal closing…), selling our value proposal, monitoring the deployment of our platform, increasing the buy-in of our customers and partners and maximizing end-user engagement.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Partners EMEA, you will learn to: 

  • develop business opportunities within the insurance ecosystem (insurers, brokers, bancassurance, reinsurers, agents, …): opportunities for qualification, development, closing
  • define account plan and identify business opportunities (context/stakeholders screening)
  • identify and build growth opportunities on selected accounts

Profile

The job is for you if you:

  • are a final year student in business / management school 
  • want to experience B2B SaaS complex sales process on transformational programs (with cultural, organizational, processes and tools impacts)
  • want to develop skills in Financial Services, Enterprise Information Systems, AI, Gen AI, and strong customer relationships skills

At Zelros, you’ll be a member of Customer Success team, that holds 4 key missions:

  • Solution delivery: from framing the use case to the configuration of the solution for each of Zelros customers

Functionally, our clients use our platform to strengthen their sales management.

Technically, our platform is based on dockerized microservices, with:

  • Nest.js (Node/Typescript) for the backend
  • Angular for frontend
  • Azure/Kubernetes/ArgoCD for infrastructure

Methodologically, we use an adaptation of Kanban with 3 product releases per year. Team members are organized in small squads dedicated to specific product evolutions. Daily meetings serve as synchronization within a squad. The full tech team syncs at least once a week to share progress, obstacles, news, etc. Each developer gets the opportunity to demo the new evolutions to the Product team on Fridays. Features are delivered in real time on test environments, and we deploy in PROD thrice a year.

At Zelros, we place great importance on creating a product that suits our customers while minimizing technical debt. This goes through :

  • technical discussions,
  • code reviews for each feature and peer programming,
  • workshops and hands-on on all subjects,
  • emphasis on performances, clean code and test coverage

You’ll be a member of the Engineering team, who interacts with Product Owners, Datascientists and Architects.

Your main mission is to conceive technical solutions for our product front-end.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

  • design, develop, deliver and document secure and stable technical part for Zelros’ front-end features, with the team
  • assure consistency between all features (in term of code, architecture and deployment)

Damien, notre CEO et co-fondateur, a partagé la mission et la vision de Zelros. Il envisage l'Insurance Copilot comme une plateforme d'IA qui permet aux fournisseurs d'assurance de fournir une expérience client fluide et personnalisée. Cela couvre l'ensemble du parcours client, de la vente de produits et services au support client.

Head of Customer Success

Charlène a commencé sa carrière chez Zelros en tant qu'ingénieure de solutions. Maintenant, elle dirige une équipe A de solutions. De plus, en tant qu'experts en IA, nos ingénieurs de solutions s'engagent à superviser chaque étape du processus, offrant à nos clients une tranquillité d'esprit tout au long de leur parcours de transformation numérique et IA !

MLops Engineer

En tant qu'ingénieure MLops, Salma a fièrement partagé son expérience et sa contribution aux projets GenAI entre Zelros et nos clients. Elle a rejoint Zelros en tant que stagiaire dans l'équipe de science des données et est maintenant officiellement devenue membre à temps plein de l'équipe.

Product Marketing Manager

Domitille a rejoint Zelros en tant que VIE dans l'équipe marketing et est maintenant une responsable marketing produit à temps plein basée à Montréal, Canada. Elle est impatiente de partager son parcours et d'inspirer les autres, en particulier ceux qui sont intéressés par les programmes VIE, à rejoindre l'équipe Zelros !
